Had a meal, food was very average and expensive. Be careful of the extras being offered. We were offered calamari only to find out it was $16 on the bill and it was shocking!! Never again lesson learnt....

After a 1 hour's wait, was left fairly disappointed in the quality and atmosphere of the place. Considering it was in the heart of Times Square, felt like I could have been anywhere. Food and service was nothing to rave about and feel like this was a wasted choice to have spent any time here!
Great experience, joined wait list online (brilliant feature especially for Times Square) as we were sightseeing all day and didn't want to sit and queue. We were seated within moments of reaching top floor and were served by Michael W who was fantastic 10/10, food was awesome too!
I could eat here my whole visit just for the view. The food and service is always good. There is a wait sometimes. We went to their website and got on the waiting list. It will let you know how long your wait is and you have time to site see without having to wait in line. We have always... More
We went in for lunch, when we arrived it was quite but by the time we left it did get busy. I had the Minestrone Soup, followed by Rigatoni Pasta Traditional meat sauce & Meat Balls & Cup T.came to $24. We were a group of 4 the total bill came to $103. then had service charge of 18% on... More
Had dinner here the food was okay. The service was very fast as if the wanted the table. Chose a starter and main meal. Because you ordered a starter they gave you a free salad. Before we finished the salad the starter arrived. Before we finished the starter the main meal arrived. No time between course to digest each course.... More
You can always rely on a good salad with any entree chosen here whether its seafood or meat. Glad its still here in this really busy location.
Ate here in New York and it was one of the restaurants I was especially looking forward to. We were told there was a 45 minute wait (I suggest booking ahead!) which was fine we just sat at the bar. However, a high gratuity was already ordered on our tab which we weren't aware of when told of the amount... More
So we went here our last day in NYC and all I can say is that this OG is consistant with the rest of the franchise BUT this was the most unkept of any Garden I've visited in over 10 states. There was white streaks on the walls, the table had a strange film by the bottles of salt and... More
Service was great and made up for the OK lunch. Knew it was not going to be gourmet however the food really is pretty bland. Had a lunch size pasta which would not have fed a 5 year old. Thankfully the salad was fairly large. Good place to take kids but really pretty bland.

I was wondering if this was 3 stories high. I heard this from a TV show and can't figure out if they were joking or not.
Thanks for your help,
Has anyone been here for New Years Eve? Is it possible to see the ball drop through the windows? Does NYPD allow people to go out and stand to see the ball drop? Before booking and paying I want to make sure of this because the restaurant says that the view of the ball drop is not guaranteed but they do not clarify what exactly does it mean or what the chances are.
