We really enjoyed our afternoon having beverages at the Palm Court Bar. Our bartender was Sean a true gem!!!! Stop in and partake!!

Visited NYC in September. Afternoon tea was a disaster. Not only was the quality very poor, the billing (and particularly the gratuity) left a bad taste in the mouth. Had far better experiences in London and considerably cheaper.

Went here for a treat afternoon tea. Had the regular one and a champagne one. Fine selection of savories and cakes. Service functional, but the room could do with a refresh and the lighting is very unflattering!
