The breakfast came with my room at The Park Lane Hotel NYC. It was outstanding. The buffet was clean and top notch food, the attendants offered custom prepared breakfast, and they also brought me oatmeal with all the fixings. Fresh fruit was plentiful (strawberries, cantaloupe, blueberries) and the view is to die for. And let's not forget how wonderful the... More
Thanksgiving Buffet -- incredibly friendly service and the food was excellent. Probably the best turkey and stuffing I've had in a restaurant. And the views of Central Park from every seat in the restaurant -- you won't find anything else like this in New York!
Been a guest at the Parc lane several times and time after time the experience is Great. From arrival to departure the stay is wonderful. The location is excellent as we can walk to everything in Mid-Town Manhattan. The staff is exceptionally friendly, with special thanks to bell hop Rodney, (Simply, a nice, friendly, professional man). It is always a... More
The staff was very friendly, we loved the snaks and drinks everyday from 5-7 for the hotel guests this was very special and with a beautiful view of central park. Room was clean but bathroom very old.
This is a very nice place, we like a lot because is a well located place where everybody should go to see it, The only issue or point the hotel must change is the reservstion system
If you xwant a correct brunch/lunch with Central Park view the park room is a good option. The choice is just correct but what is served is good. Nice champagne. But is is not cheap.
Our recent stay at Park Lane started off badly with no air in our 36th Floor room. The manager responded this morning and worked to get our room comfortable and wA very helpful. In addition a lively gift of cheese and wine was sent to the room with additional consideration in being in a room that had no circulation for... More
Our window view was the "city view" which was an alley way of other buildings. We were kind of hoping to see the city. The other option is the "park view" which is Central Park. The times we needed room service they were very efficient. The king size bed & room was gorgeous & very comfortable.
This hotel has a need for a face-lift for sure. The location is PERFECT if you don't mind worn furniture and depressing decor. The room colors are washed out beige, the furniture is chipped, but the people that work there are truly warm and hospitable. If you don't spend a lot of time in your room, and want a great... More
