Decent place and very Kosher!!! Somewhat accommodating for our bus tour group of 51, but staff was very rushed and bothered when asked for refills, extra napkins, ketchup, etc..... After a busy day touring the city, it would have been nice to relax a little...More

Horrid looking, tasteless burgers, dirty water dogs in real dirty water. Tiny, dry pastrami and roast beef sammies. Good dill pickles, that should be an order. Grilled veggies are burned. Harmless looking fat red peppers are burning hott!! Grilled shrooms are the cheap, small ones...More

Visited this deli for lunch and was really looking forward to a tasty kosher meal. The decor was okay, the toilets dirty and the food average. Not as delicious as described on the menu. As for the waiter, I have never known such behaviour. He...More

This is a good all around deli. The decor is much nicer than most delis -- its really clean and relatively quiet. The food is good -- delicious corned beef sandwich. The service was o.k. -- our waiter thought he was funnier than he was....More

First, be prepared to really generous, oversized portions! The food is as you would expect at a traditional deli circa mid-20 century - not pretentious, but quite tasty and satisfying. The prices are very decent, the variety is also impressive, and pickles with cole slaw...More

We went in midday hoping to have breakfast. I ordered a lemonade and an omelette. They were both nasty! The omelette was undercooked and the lemonade was just warm and tasted terrible.

My daughter and I visited Ben's during our trip from Australia. Decor was straight out of a 1930's NY movie - great! Service by a very experienced waitress was excellent. Due to our ignorance we over ordered. In retrospect our waitress should have warned us....More

Description
To some, delicatessen is something you put between two slices of bread. To me, it's a calling. I am committed to preserving the traditional cuisine of my Eastern European heritage, amidst all that's required to operate a modern restaurant. This is our pledge, from the Ben's family to you: Fresh food, freshly prepared and courteously served in a clean, well-maintained restaurant faithfully observing the Kosher dietary laws. I urge you to bring anything less to my personal attention by calling 1-888-344-BENS or filling out my "Ask Ronnie" form and submitting it with your questions or comments. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Any concerns will receive my prompt attention. - Ronnie Dragoon - Owner.
