Walking up is impressive, walking in is overwhelming! It is unfortunate every community doesn’t have a neighborhood butcher/Italian food store like this.

Went here bc I read they have great sandwiches. Seems like it is primarily a butcher shop. I got the chicken cutlet with mozzarella and pesto. First of all the sandwich is huge & at $13 worth the money. It was the best chicken cutlet...More

Sausage, sausage, sausage and more sausage. Hardly any fat whether it's boiled, broiled, grilled, baked, sautéed or cooked over an open campfire. If boiled you won't have all that disgusting scum rising to the top of your pot. It's just delicious premium pork. While you're...More

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighbourhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you
