Colorful noisy room, personalized service at bar, coat check, table. The branding was large but tasteless as was the tricolor salad. Overall an enjoyable evening at an 'in' place.

A pleasant, light and friendly Italian restaurant on Lexington Avenue - caters to nearby residents, not tourists. Food is good, atmosphere and service are pleasant.

Great food, in a classic, NYC setting - upper east side. One of our favorites. We have been patronizing this establishment for years and we've always had a great meal. Wood fired oven delivers authentic pizza and other Italian favorites, with an acceptable wine list and very good service. Dinner seatings are always crowded, noisy and fun. Hey! That's Italian!... A good experience for dinner with friends. Good food and wine, good service and busy enough to have good atmosphere.

We were a table of 5 and were lucky to have been given the best table in the restaurant, which was a rounded booth in the back left. There is a true Italian vibe to the restaurant. Couples and Families with other children were noticed all around. We started off with the eggplant rollitini which we shared as appetizers. Excellent.... More

This is a favorite of ours, and it did not disappoint. The authentically Italian style meals are delicious and hearty. I recommend the pastas and pizzas. Portions are large and filling and staff are courteous. Background music was too loud and we had to request for it to be turned down.

This is a highly over-rated, over-priced restaurant and, what's more, an unethical operation. Classic 'bate and switch' technique used to steer trusting customer (me) from reasonably priced menu items to outrageously overpriced specials without information about the cost. Will never go here again. Never.

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
