Food was lovely without any doubt. However, extremely rude staff ruined the whole experience. As I work in hospitality in London I can say that I have solid knowledge about how to behave to your guests. I was well aware about the ridiculous custom of...More

This is a place for good solid food consumed amid a lively crowd served by engaging wait staff. We ate lunch at the bar and enjoyed the one-on-one attention from our convivial Bangladeshi server. The Greek omelet was very good but the accompaniments were even...More

We stopped in here for a late lunch after touring the Met. The menu variety includes vegetarian and carnivorous selections. The service is courteous and prompt. Prices track to the upper east side of Manhattan. Seating is a bit cramped, however.

We went there for brunch at New Year’s Day and although the place was packed we didn’t have to wait for more than 10 minutes before we got a table. The place looks like something from a movie and it’s really enjoyable to dine there....More

I stopped by here a few days ago while visiting a patient in Lenox Hill Hospital. I was wondering around Third Avenue looking for a light night meal. The first thing you notice when you enter the luncheonette is that it looks like a diner...More
