Perfect stop for tea and scones. They have so many tea options and the scones are sooooo good. The cake is also good if you really like sugar (I can’t handle more than a couple bites). Really cute place for kids too! Their prices also...More

Bright, cheerful and an amazing attention to details. My teenage daughter and I had a leisurely tea and scones breakfast. We took a long time over the tea menu and then wished we could try all the scones. Definately would stop there again.

This place came highly recommended by our ABnB host so we thought we would try it out for breakfast. We expected to pay a little more because traditional tea houses are a unique, niche in the restaurant market. However, because we were really looking for...More

I brought my daughter here on her birthday based on recommendations from others who visited the East Side location in the past. We came on a Sunday (early afternoon), waited for a bit for a table, and then was informed they only had a banana...More

Found this place by chance walking back from Central Park and popped in for tea - well, what else do Brits do but drink tea? Tea selection was amazing - we opted for the most popular, the Alice blend. Loved the quirky tables, chintzy China...More

The food is quite good and portions are large. Everyone is pleasant and the decor is charming. Be hungry, especially for the sweet goodies! Of course the tea is exceptional!

While the scones are still delicious, I was very disappointed in a recent “high tea” that my granddaughter and I had at Alice’s. We spent $77 for the two of us (tax and tip included) for a pot of tea, three scones, one sandwich each...More

We stopped for tea and cake after visiting AMNH. My two daughters (4 and 6) were in their element walking in to be greeted with fairy dust and wishes, which was a great theatrical touch. They were also given packs of WikiSticks to play with...More

Last September, my daughter (2 y/o) and i happened in here while she slept and it poured outside. The staff was so kind and helpful as i situated myself on a padded bench at the table, while holding my little one. I fell in love...More

To be honest i could have given this 5 star. I don’t drink tea and my partner does but i ended up liking it more than she did. Something very different and maybe only thing for me was i found it a tad too much....More

Not at the outlet at west end. You will to go down a flight of steps to get to the cafe. They have another outlet in the east side but I have not been there, so not sure. Perhaps you can give them a call and check.
