We went for an early dinner and had the most amazing meal. True authentic Italian fare with a wonderful wine list. To top it off, we were able to sit close to Tom Hanks and Bryan Cranston! I didn't want to bother them during their dinner but we enjoyed seeing them and I was able to catch a quick photo... More

Once again, the restaurant provided excellent food and service. The buzz of conversation can be a bit loud but after 8:30 things calm down.

We had dinner there on a Sunday night, and it was excellent. We made the reservation last minute, but they couldn't have been more welcoming. The service was prompt and efficient and friendly. The food was wonderful, from the lasagne bolognese I had to the pesto ravioli my wife had. Good wine selection and the dessert was lovely as well.... More

Dropped in for a very quick bite and drink before going to a Broadway show. Extremely friendly and hospitable! Delicious antipasti, friendly patrons, and a great buzz.

We were pitching a deal to a client who flew to NY for a morning of presentations. We reserved the Carnegie room on the second floor to accommodate 30. We sat a very long table which accommodated everyone. We had a preset menu with 3 entree options and two desert options. We started with family style appetizers which numbered about... More

We recently had an intimate 4 couple family reunion at the Trattoria dellArte at 900 7th directly across from Carnegie Hall. The food and service were absolutely excellent - visit their on-line menu. The venue, coupled with the love of Family made this event a memory of memories.

We came there for a quick bite and have a dessert for my husband's birthday on April 25th after the concert at Carnegie Hall. Pizza was good, other foods, we ordered appetizer, were so-so, service was borderline rude. During dinner customer at the next table was chocking on wine and started coughing uncontrollably, he was spitting bodily fluids into the... More

Visiting a true Italian restaurant is a great experience. Positive noise (loud) in the background = people enjoying a dinner. Nice welcoming approach by the staff. Pizza and spaghetti were just great. Good Wines and the normal italian limoncello at the end were just what was expected. Go and enjoy.

It was pouring outside and we didn't want to go very far. The concierge recommended this restaurant. What a fantastic recommendation. We had the Fried Artichoke as an appetizer and then the artichoke/goat pizza as well as burrata pomodoro - all excellent choices with nice portions. Service was nice (they were very busy but they still kept checking on us).... More

We arrived without a reservation but it is a large restaurant and we were seated immediately. Service was good. The food was excellent. We were able to get pizza despite arriving before 7. My wife had the Ravioli and did said it was excellent. The restaurant is pricey catering to the theatre crowd. The only negatve was our table was... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
