If you're a vegan, then a NYC deli is maybe not the best choice you could make, as your choices will be extremely limited. I agree with RonFG that the best people to give you an answer are the people who run the restaurant... More

They were very good with coeliacs, very helpful, my wife had no problems. The waitress asked the kitchen. Hope this helps
