Yes its pricy but it's different and I personally enjoy when the chefs think outside the box. On the other hand I found the wine list very reasonable

As a special occasion or to impress another, Nobu is unbeatable. This branch is a little difficult to find as its entrance is not on the Broadway side of the building (around the side of the branch of Anthropologie). Also, the website pictures are out...More

Well presented food and extreme taste experience. I have been to many sushi restaurants but this one at Nobu downtown stands out big time.

Very Centrally located.excellent Ambiance. We had our Lunch there. Even though I was vegetarian I had good Sushi rolls +++ in vegetarian food. Excellent Sake too. My wife and Sister had Non-veg food ... Banoo box and they really enjoyed the food. Thank you ,...More

Of course the sushi were amazing, but the waiter Andy was really patient and always available. Their rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy are to die for!!! Will go back for sure!

Everything we had was delicious. Highlights were the black cod in miso and the crunchy rice with spicy tuna. Service was excellent. Slightly unclear how to enter as the doors are on the side streets not Broadway and the signs are quite small.

We had the Omakase (Chef's Choice) Menu which consists of around 8-10 tasting dishes similar to degustation style menu with wine pairing, so we paid US$450 for 2.
