A friend and I enjoyed our late dinner here. It is family run, and has a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious. I had the bean soup and chicken paillard. Prices are reasonable.

Dined here for dinner before a show. I made reservations on Open Table and the staff welcomed us. Sam, our waiter was very attentive to our group of 5 ladies. I enjoyed the veal fettucine ragu special. My friends had the cheese ravioli special, the gnocchi special and the risotto special, all delicious. As a group we had the eggplant... More

I always hit this restaurant when I am in town and it never fails to please. Their homemade pastas are delicious and their selection of pizzas inspired, Their pizza Saracena with caramelized onions is delicious and different. I usually will go to this restaurant prior to a performance at Lincoln Center and the staff easily makes sure that my table... More

We had dinner and the Food was average but the service could be better, refilling the water or The wine properly. We were told that during new year's eve there was only a degustation menu, but The couple next to us order from The regular menu, not what we have been told.

The food is good including dessert. Don't expect large portions of pasta, etc. Service was inattentive and slow. We had to ask for water (twice) and a bread basket (we noticed every other table was served a basket except for our table). Prices were very reasonable considering NYC location.

Hadn't been to Bricco in many years but was looking for a restaurant in this neighborhood for dinner with a group of friends and this one fit the bill. We shared a bunch of appetizers, a pizza and a few entrees. Everything was delicious and the service was quite good. Will put this restaurant back on my list.

Bricco has a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Service needs to be improved in quality and attentiveness (e.g., no appetizer plates provided, no sugar brought to table tor coffee, no refill of water glasses). Food is not exceptional in taste and average in portion size. Just not a memorable meal. For these reasons and so many great Italian restaurant options in NYC,... More

Very nice small Italian restaurant in the city. The owner is gracious and has a good joke at the ready. His son was the coat check- real family owned place! We all enjoyed (6) our meal and the WINE!

Good food and friendly service. A bit disappointed on the quite small salad portions but the pasta was very good and plentiful. Grilled octopus was great!

Food was ok to be fair but the service was terrible, as diners we felt " bullied " by the staff. They tried to take our starters away 3 times before we had finished them and then they just brought out the mains and plonked them on the table anyway We complained but they just shrugged and smiled as if... Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
