Excellent hotel experience, I was a little disappointed in the out door pool area (no hot tub) but the service and room were top notch and the addition of koi as the hotel restaurant was a great surprise

It's a small sitting room with some bookshelves. There is nothing special here. You can have drinks served. Frankly, if the weather is nice the pool deck is the place for a drink. In SoHo, there are many, MANY better places to hang out. Here you can't pay more for a drink.

this was an oasis to read while waiting for the rest of my family to arise and ready for the day. I was the only one there on each morning, and really looked forward to my quiet, alone time surrounded by luxurious furnishings and decorations.

There were no windows in restaurant, it felt like a cave. The food was not anything special to remember.

Staying at the hotel we wandered in for an after dinner drink. Most tables were empty but filled with dirty glasses so we had to wait for someone to show up and clear a table. Furnishings look like they are from an old Holiday Inn. No character or style whatsoever. Windows looking out onto Manhatten streets were filthy. Waitress service... More

We met friends there on a Sunday afternoon and were able to sit for hours. But we were disappointed that there was no service. We finally figured out that we were able to go to the restaurant/bar downstairs and then bring up drinks and coffee to have in the library.

Located just on the mezzanine of the hotel and providing free wifi. A beautiful space that is quiet and elegant and allows quiet thought and a comfortable place to read and decompress after a busy day.
