Definitely one of the best restaurants I have been to recently. The meatballs and octopus were amazing. Will be back.

We were wandering the streets of Alphabet city prior to going to a club, and we accidentally stumbled upon Pylos tucked away on a side street. When we went in to check it out, we marveled at the cozy but elegant feel and were greeted...More

First of all, I wasn't paying for the experience, it was surprised birthday party of my friend and everything we tried here was part of the deal. And we had some amazing white wine, total dining experience with superb service. Maybe we were just lucky...More

So glad we ate here. Authentic delicious interesting Greek dishes. My husband and I like to try different foods so we ordered a few appetizers. Really enjoyed the Poikilia, horiatiki salad, egg-lemon soup, and the Greek yogurt/thyme infused honey/cherry dessert.

But that's not all. This hidden culinary treasure was recommended by a friend, but why didn't they share this years ago? Fabulously tasty food that leaves your taste-buds busy for hours. Wonderful service and unique decor and ambiance. All combined to leave me with nothing...More

East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college
students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the
old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
