Al Bustan is just a fraction short of being top quality but it's still a really decent meal. Lovely flavours, generous portions and a nice - if a little under populated - dining room. We were also lucky to have an exceptionally pleasant waiter. He...More

TERRIBLE service. Made reservation for 9:45 PM on OpenTable. I called them at 9:35 saying I will be 10-15 minutes late due to city traffic around the holidays time. The man on the phone says the kitchen will be closed when I get there. However,...More

Al Bustan is a large, elegant restaurant. It has an extensive menu of Lebanese specialties - all very good. The service is attentive. Surprisingly it was not very busy - at least on a week night. My only complaint - no regular coffee.

From my experience with this restaurant, the staff are cheating their customers by forcing unreasonable tips in the receipts. The food is so expensive and does not worth the set prices. Also, the staff and manager of the restaurant were so unfriendly when we started...More
