Wanted a good breakfast before heading off sight seeing round New York, this place was on our list as a must, having been recommended by friends. Friendly staff and great vibe to the place. Scrambled eggs and back on pancakes for my other half and I had the Texas Benedict, pulled pork, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Absolutely delicious and... More

My wife, daughter and I were looking for a good meal after shopping at Herald Square. Our daughter recommended Tick Tock Diner so we tried it out. It has a good location in Mid-Town next to the New Yorker Hotel. The restaurant is a classic diner that is neat and clean. It was also well decorated with time sayings, etc.... More

Quick food, quick service not much interest shown by most servers. 24 hour open good. Forced to give tip for poor service.

On my recent trip to NYC, I hosted a group of 20 Danish travlers. They wanted to eat at a diner for a true NYC experience. This diner is adjecent to NY Penn Station / MSG, so it's in a perfect location. Great food, good value, hot coffee, etc...

Any place can serve a good breakfast. Few can serve breakfast with a great Brooklyn friendly attitude as our waitress did. Clean place, decent prices, good food.

If you stay in the Newyorker this is a great little place that is open 24 hours a day for breakfast lunch & dinner, pretty standard no thrills place with a good range of eats & some gluten free choices, I would recommenced it any day over the Trattoria restaurant across the lobby as it is a terrible place

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Home to hundreds of art galleries, beautiful brownstones, and one of New York’s newest and most popular attractions, Chelsea is one of the city’s jewels when it comes to neighbourhood life. The contemporary art scene is an integral part of the neighbourhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost every night of the week and countless exhibits to explore. As a longtime hub of gay culture in New York City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighbourhood new life as a tourist destination. The High Line provides visitors with a tranquil, elevated space with incomparable views, providing an unparalleled way to experience the city.
