Dined here since. Close to BMCC and Hal Brom Gallery right on Greenwich. We dined here early so it was slow to fill up. Great service, great food and wine. Lovely atmosphere with some outdoor tables.

Great family Italian restaurant. The vibe is neighborhood, family style restaurant. It's in TrBeCa so a great location. Food was delicious and prices were good. Service was friendly and informative. Would go back

This busy place is good, not great at pastas and pizzas. I tried the white pizza which was bland and uninspired. Nice crust, just flavorless. Pasta was fine but nothing you could not replicate with jar sauce at home. Pricey for the food quality.

Nice casual place. The food is good. My chicken Ossobuca was unusual but quite good. We were a party of seven and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Wine list is quite good.

Our Family of five dropping of one of the girls for a Summer internship. We had a fabulous late lunch/dinner at Gigino's. Appetizers, Main meals, Wine, Desserts, Wait Staff = Just doesn't get any better.

Good Italian dinner with tasty food. Good thin crust pizza and decent menu. Bit noisy for business conversation but very lively. They keep the front door open for outside sitting, but inside the restaurant can hot. Service is good, reasonable cost, but nothing special. Overall...More

Nice friendly service, nice open air seating on sidewalk or just inside open doors, view to park across the street. Pretty good meal, also available for takeout or delivery. Standard Italian food options, fish courses. Nice place to just chill out

After reading rave reviews on this restaurant, I'm left scratching my head. The food and service were mediocre at best. I ordered the "Isabella" (bow tie pasta with arugula, chicken, & broccoli in a roasted red pepper sauce). The chicken was overcooked. The pasta and...More

I found the recipe for this dish and the exact way they make it at Gigino's. According to the recipe it's regular pasta. I am not permitted to include the link to the page. But if you google "how is Spaghetti Di Padrino... More

Description
Gigino Trattoria opened its doors in August of 1994. The owners, Bob Giraldi and Phil Suarez, along with executive chef Luigi Celentano, have kept Gigino flourishing in the ever-changing Tribeca neighborhood. Chef Celentano creates both the menu and wine list, with daily specials of seasonally fresh seafood, game and vegetables. Gigino prides itself on the fact that all their dishes are prepared to order and almost all their pastas and breads are house-made. Fresh fish specials are featured on the “specials blackboard” daily, and it’s safe to say we also have the best pizza in Tribeca! Dining at Gigino Trattoria is a pleasure every time!
