We had to once again have desert at Serendipity !!!!! While everyone got different things, frozen hot chocolate was a favorite, I ordered just plain chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup... it was great! The wait time was an hour. But it actually didn’t take...More

Had a frozzzen hot chocolate years ago in their (already closed) restaurant in Las Vegas. Wanted to taste one again in the original place. Came just early enough to not have to wait in line. Ordered a burger and the dessert. Dessert came almost immediately...More

Frozen hot chocholate was delish and such a fun iconic place to go when in NYC. I got the chicken salad sandwich and it was not good. The sundae was just ok. Would revisit and try other items just for the atmosphere. Menu is fun...More

First off the restaurant is on a dark street and the signage is not well lit. Uber went right past it. The building is a tiny old place. Nothing much to see inside. Downstairs seemed a little more interesting than upstairs but still nothing special...More

Aside the influence of Serendipity, the movie featuring Kate Beckinsale and John Cusack, this place is always a must-eat when I'm in the City. Their food is homecooked meals with a little European flare, but their desserts are to die for. Make sure to make...More

We had a very casual lunch here after a night at the Marriott Marquis. They have a scratch kitchen with simple food elegantly served. The burgers are big and juicy. Frozen hot chocolate is a must have. For dessert, apple pie ice cream.

Food was decent, dessert was even better. I would say the food was average, but the desserts were outstanding. Neat place, service was good.

As a customer that only visited this place once, I would be terrified to even guess at an answer! Call them and ask, this would be to dangerous to take someone's opinion or guess.
