Every trip to NYC, I visit Meskerem. The food is just delicious! I love the Tibs Wat & Beef Sambusas! It’s a bit run down, but the food makes that irrelevant.

Very small restaurant below street level. Service was quick and orderly. We split the veggie and meat samplers (great way to go if you don't know which stew to choose). Food was very good.

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to

neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
