Charlotte helped us have one of the nicest meals ever. She helped with our wine selection and it was perfect. The food here is great. I'd skip the Cote de Boeuf though. It is good but not great. Everything else was perfect.

My wife and I visited Balthazar on our honeymoon recently. My wife was very excited about the visit as she had been before and loved it. Sadly, the food did not live up to the billing. On arrival, we had booked a table for 8:30...More

Splurge and drop into Balthazar for the best breakfast in the city. Great eggs benedict and smoked salmon specialties. Here you enjoy the tastiest toast served with all the sides. Expensive and worth every single penny.

A French-styled restaurant in the heart of Soho. We had dinner after visiting the neighborhood and was a great way to end the day. Very friendly staff and good food!

I purchased the flowerless brownie, lemon cake, and banana cream - they were all marvelous! Not cheap though, but it was actually worth it to taste excellence!

Hi, it really depends on when you are planning to visit the restaurant. But I would suggest at least two weeks to avoid disappointment. Friday lunch through to Sunday lunch are peak times.

Tight quarters bistro is not really ideal for children. No special children's menu.
