I had a few hours to burn between my work meetings and train ride home from Penn Station. I chose this Tir na Nog becuase it was very close to the office. I dined alone, but no problem getting a table on a weeknight. The...More

We went in tired from walking and were given the perfect window booth and yummy food. We enjoyed every bite and sip.

Loved the atmosphere and the food at Tir na Nog. We ordered the roasted potato soup, the Shepherd's Pie, and the Tír na nÓg burger. Loved it all! The restaurant/pub was very crowded and it seemed a festive place to be in!

Wow this certainly lives up-to expectations. Myself husband and father in law went last night. The beer was great and the food was even better. Had the sausage and mash. The only thing that let it down was the air conditioning couldn't feel it and...More

We made a lunchtime rainy day pit stop in this pub. The decor and atmosphere for this irish pub was very appealing. We did not eat a big meal but snacked and had a couple of drinks while waiting for the rain to subside. The...More

Though Tir na Nog may seem appealing with its classic decor and atmosphere, the pub's food itself tells an entirely different story. This is one of those pubs that shamefully assumes you'll either be too caught up in commendatory or drunkenness to realize how bland...More

We were pub hopping around mid-town, and wanted to stop in here due to one of our friends being very Irish American, and from looking at other reviews. No food, just a couple of beers, but nice Irish pub vibe.

Shepards pie lacked flavor and truffle on mushroom ricotta's flat bread could hardly be tasted. Although a nice atmosphere and good service I probably wouldn't return, unless for drinks.
