The instructor was great! His name was Dimitri and I think he teaches most classes. It was very user friendly, having experienced bakers to newbies in our class, everyone was able to go home with amazing croissants. I will definitely be make for the macaron...More

I took this class with my mom and we had a great time. We loved that it was a small group, the instructor was very kind and dynamic, and the macaroons were delicious. It was a great forum to learn the technique and ask questions....More

The most difficult class of them all, but the chef makes you feel like you are actually mastering the art, and you get to go through every step of the process. Be prepared to eat croissants for a while, because you leave with a dozen...More

They pre-measure and combine things before you arrive. You simply mix with a spatula and press the mixer on. If you think you'll truly learn how to make macarons, you don't really. It's fun, but I thought we would get to make from beginning to...More

It was a small group of 8. We were taught how to mix the batter and we piped the macarons on our own. It's a good class to take. Would recommend it!

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
