I ate here for lunch with 3 others. The restaurant was pretty empty when we were there. It took a long time for our food and then they brought out 3 of the dishes and the 4 person had to wait for another 15-20 minutes. I had salad which was pretty good. Others at the table had turkey burger, chicken... More

So good, we went for breakfast and dinner on the same day!!! The food was lovely, love to people watch while we eat!! Lady on front desk was quite surly, if you don't like your job, don't do it, but we didn't let this put us off our meal, and we would recommend this place to our friends

Hands down best place I ate in during my stay in Manhattan. Lots of delicious foods to choose from plus a large variety of cakes, cookies and pastries even if you just fancy a cake and coffee. This was so handy for us with it being directly opposite our hotel. You can take out too which was great for nights... More

The Moonstruck looked inviting and so we entered and were asked to find ourselves a table in the back. It was not too crowded and with two waiters (male and female) around we expected breakfast to run smoothly. After 10 minutes we started feeling ignored and asked the waiter whether he could "please" give us the menu. He pointed at... More

Discovered this diner and what a great find, good coffee , free re fills. Breakfast good but no gluten free choice. Fresh orange juice excellent. Lunch was enormous - enough for the biggest appetite, very tasty burger ( served without bun due to GF diet) cole slaw, pickles , fries etc etc. Good size glass of wine too.Coffees and homemade... We ate here several time while staying at the Jolly Madison across the street. The food is very good, reasonably priced, service quick and efficient and the coffee excellent.

For tourists and locals, it is my favorite place for a simple and economical meal, the dishes are fresh, plentiful, with balanced flavors. The service is good, the waiters are efficient, and the seats very comfortable, to eat in a city where restaurants give less space to the diners, you can keep a conversation, the noise level is acceptable. The... More

We're from the south and wanted a breakfast with bacon, eggs, and hash browns. You know...comfort food. It's not easy to find that in the big city. We only ate breakfast there, but they do serve lunch and dinner too. The prices were very reasonable. The waitress was one of the few people that we ran into while on vacation... More

We had breakfast here when staying at the jolly madision towers. The staff are really friendly, the service is excellent and the food was great every time. If you want good breakfast in NYC this is the place to go.

We went here twice, first time for a delicious dinner and the next morning for breakfast. Staff was overwhelmed in the morning rush so service was not good. Got black burnt toast and asked for replacement, which never came. We had problems understanding one of the waitresses because of heavy spanish accent. So, average restaurant, they have nice food om... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
