Went with a large business group. The prices even by mid-town standards are quite high. $24 for a pasta appetizer, $55-60 for meats. Had the highly reviewed gnocchi, that were good but incredibly salty. Then followed with special fish of the nite - sea bass - it was also way too salty, and could not have been more than a... More

The cote de beuf for 2 (only available Monday and Tuesday nights) is truly amazing. Tuna poke nachos were delicious. Cocktails amazing. And according to my mother the duck confit was the best kosher restaurant meal of her life. The gnocchi dish was good. Very expensive but in this case you get what you pay for. I haven't been to... The experience is a delectable one from start to finish. Service is friendly and attentive. Roy is a gem. Drinks are great. The food is absolutely divine. Most restaurants have some items that are their specialties. At Mike's, anything you order is tasty, perfectly done, and well presented. You need reservations as it's a pretty busy restaurant. If you haven't... More

This is a wonderful kosher restaurant, one of two great ones in Manhattan right now. I've reviewed it enthusiastically before so won't go on and on, but I tried a new dish there today, the duck confit and it was simply the best I've ever hard, perfectly flavored, crips and exquisite.

Who would have thought Kosher dining could be so amazing. I met some friends for dinner(1 who keeps Kosher), about a week ago at Mike's and upon entering I just knew this was going to be a great dining experience. I had a Crudo and a steak that is making my mouth water while typing this. Service was on point,... More

This is a first rate kosher meat restaurant, with excellent lamb, fish, chicken, beef, salads, and desserts. Very friendly service. Very expensive. That is the reality with the fancy kosher restaurants in New York. The advantage with this one is that the food and service are really great.

A very pleasant dinner had with friends, can also certainly be a formal business meeting location. Food was excellent, service and ambiance were above average. Go and enjoy at your next opportunity.

This is my most favor kosher restaurant in NYC. It's not a cheap restaurant but you absolutely must go eat there. Every time I'm in NYC it's a must for me to go there.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
