I recently stayed at the W Hotel and it was suggested that I visit Angela's. The food was wonderful and staff was very pleasant. If you visit the Financial District please try Angela's.

You wouldn't think much of it from the outside, but to our surprise they have really good food. We had breakfast sandwiches & lunch sandwiches from there. Quick, good & cheap for the city.

Love this place. We ate here a few times while we were in New York, The sandwiches were great and really good value for money. My wife fell in love with the reuben sandwich so much so that I have been attempting to make my own pastrami since coming home (I'm getting better at it) anyway we visited a few... More

After three days of over-indulgence we wanted something inexpensive, quick, that wasn't a fast food chain. We found this place on the edge of Central Park. I got the Chicken Cordon Blue sandwich and it was tasty the lettuce was fresh and crunchy and the chicken was fried yet not dry. The wife got the roast beef with Brie and... More

Near Central Park went in based on previous reviews. Had a roast beef, Brie, and cucumber sandwich. It was hearty, fresh, and tasty-all for 7.95. Simple meals, very casual environment. I will be back for breakfast...

We stopped into Angela's over MLK weekend because it was on the way from the park to our hotel and it was a great decision! They have a huge variety of hot/cold sandwiches and burgers, as well as an all day breakfast sandwich. The prices are very reasonable- we paid about $16.00 for 2 large, hot subs. Our sandwiches were... More

Little place you would never notice but should! We took a carriage ride in Central Park and it was cold so we got hot cocoa at Angela's. One of the best hot cocoa's we have ever had. Price reasonable located right on 6th avenue just outside of Central Park south.

Thank Chad G

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
