I have always been a big big fan of Japanese food. Hence, while strolling around Downtown, I ran into Bento Nouveau had some exciting Ramen. Get going, this place doesn't disappoint.

Ordered the tonkatsu ramen, which was served within 10 minutes in a tiny PLASTIC BOWL and priced at almost $10. Nothing special about the ramen. Not coming back.

Not bad, not great, decent price, as they have 30% off, the price made this an ok choice. Would go again...

None of the food we had,has any hint of freshness. The tuna sushi was tasteless whilst the chasu ramen served in polystrene bowl, mizo soup and gyoza were bland, and luke warm. Had better microwaved food elsewhere. Poor service, tables not clean, and was told there were no more disposable chopsticks and spoons !

I ran into this fast-food style udon and sushi place on a Sunday and I think they were going to close in about 30 mins. They wouldn't serve me udon or any other cooked item, but I was welcome to the very dry and tasteless sushi on offer. Fantastic *insert British sarcasm here*

We were looking for a good noodle place while were taking in the sights at Battery Park. I was looking forward to it, but was pretty disappointed with the taste. There was also no bathroom/toilet even for customers, which is was surprising. Sushi is pre-packaged in a box like you get at the grocery store.

We stopped by there after touring around lower Manhattan and were not disappointed! The place was pretty small to fit our group of 16, but the manager made it work for us. I went with the spicy tuna roll which was delicious. I also ordered the organic lemonade which was also pretty good. Pretty good option for lunch if you... More

This place is for tourists who don't know sushi. You might as well get them from Duane Reade or a supermarket. If I weren't starving I wouldn't have tried, and.I regretted it immediately. The rice tasted like factory sushi rice, and the rolls were hard and icy cold. Luckily I didn't get sick, so I guess they are edible, but... More

Went here in July and asked for two Bento boxes. The guy at the front counter told us he was ready to serve us but was more interested in watching the tv above him so we couldn't tell at first if he was actually talking to us. Once we had paid, we got in line for our food and waited... More

There are only 4 tables plus a window countertop for 4 barstool seats. Sushi is premade into take out containers. The noodles here are its best feature. Very reasonable prices for Japanese noodles in the Wall Street area. If you have a group of more than 2, have your companions stake out a table as the other orders and picks... More
