Nice atmosphere but a small lunch menu. Typical Italian menu items but in my opinion overpriced. I got chicken parm and it seemed like two pounded out pieces of chicken fried in yesterday's oil with a ton of sauce covering it. It was at best average, at worse, overpriced. I would not go back if I went on first impressions.

It was mine and my friends Last evening in New York.. we decided on Italian... we ordered wild mushroom pizza... thick burnt base... definitely not wild mushrooms... sprinkling of chopped tomatoes bits of what tasted like cheddar cheese covered in Parmesan absolutely awful, totally inedible ...also the service needs to be improved... our waiter was unfriendly

This place must make a fortune because of its location and the after-work drinking crowd. But if you are looking for good food or service, that could be a problem here. My pizza was worse than your average slice for two dollars down the street. It was far too dry, and I don't think it was only because it was... More

If you are in the area for an event at MSG then this is the place to dine. Food is good, simple elegant decor, and good service. Individual pizzas were delicious, salads were well prepared, pasta was cooked right, overall its a good place, but a bit pricy. The real plus is that its across the street from MSG.

Couple of friends and I went to get diner before attending an event at MSG. Food was good but expensive for what you get. Also, service was not good at all. Server was passing plate over people's head across their huge rounds tables, requiring you to extend your arms in the middle of the table to grab your plate that... More

Before attending a concert across the street from this restaurant we simply choose it because of the perfect location. What a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent and the service A-one. Would go back again any time.

I come to this place few times a year with my coworkers. Food tastes great and service is awesome. A bit pricey. However, totally worthy.

Lugo has a lot going for it - it's in midtown, it's in an office building, it's near an arena etc. This means it's pretty pricey. The food and service there are really nice. I've come for lunch, dinner and drinks and all these times the service was really good. The meatballs are my favorite.

If you're going to the Garden....GREAT. But, I wouldn't seek it out with all of the fabulous choices there are in NYC. I had a grilled shrimp salad....shrimp wasn't really grilled...but it was cooked. Salad was perfectly fine...focaccia bread was good. Net/net...no complaints at all....just nothing to rave about. Service was average...and it was noisy...so difficult to chat. I was... More
