I ate here on my own a few days ago on my last day in New York. I was greeted by welcoming staff and chose to sit up at the bar where the friendly bar staff took care of me. I chose to order the...More

I came here with friends from work and we had a great dinner. Service was good and so was the food. We loved the buffalo cauliflower and the steaks. The strawberry balsamic ice cream was to DIE FOR!

Fairy lights on out side make the restaurant feel warming and welcoming. We had no reservation, but still turned up at the restaurant in hope to get served a day in the week. It was very busy, but a seat was given to us after...More

Almond has been around for a while. We had Saturday lunch/brunch. The place was a full but not noisy. The steak and eggs were good. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and the wedge salad very good. Very pleasant service and the waitress managed to get...More

What an exciting place Almond is. It's got a smallish menu and a similar wine list but there are great options to be had. You could just order a set of appetizers (phenomenal flat bread, cauliflower, cheese plate) and almost skip the mains. I didn't...More

Really lovely place. Great for dinner or a cozy, casual drink. We started with the buffalo style cauliflower. Yum! Vegan but tasted like chicken wings. So good. A variety of the entrees were then ordered. All were absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced. We will be back

Food was good and service reasonable. Waitress knew the dishes well and could recommend. Convenient for the flatiron district.

Invited by friends we came to this restaurant for dinner. Nice from outside and also warm atmosphere inside. Unfortunately food was very disappointing. The four of us didn't enjoy one single dish, everything was really disappointing, also the local specialty Buffalo Cauliflower was far too...More

Almond, an American bistro located in New York City’s bustling Flatiron District, combines the best of rustic French cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere. Co-owner and Executive Chef Jason Weiner offers a menu of accessible dishes that put market-fresh ingredients center stage. Classic Almond dishes include Steamed Black Mussels with Shallots and White Wine and Roast Chicken with Hand-Crushed Potatoes and Natural Jus, while a list of “plats du jour” range from Roasted Whole Fish and Herritage Farms Porkchop to Rack of Lamb. The thoughtful wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines by the glass or bottle from regions across France and California. A specialty cocktail list, New York state craft beer selection, and raw bar selections are all available at the restaurant’s spacious 20-seat bar. Private dining spaces are perfect for larger parties and the European-style billiards room adds to the restaurant’s charm.
