Great porter house, wine selection and service is all top notch. Several locations and all great. A NY staple.

Not only did the staff team exceed our picky hard to please expectations, but were dashing beyond such. They offered us the meeting room when they saw our kid sleeping in the stroller. Kept us in a quite room away from the quite. Service and...More

Staff was prompt and courteous, and we were seated, but had reservations. Food was good, wine selection good. My wife split a 14 oz filet and huge baked potato. It was more adequate for both of us and delicious.

I have been to several of the other leading steakhouses in NYC (Benjamins, Wolfgangs, Lincoln Square Steakhouse, etc). Bobby Vans was among the best. We went for lunch. Quiet atmosphere. Efficient and friendly service. Excellent food.

Waiters are walking around wearing dirty uniforms. Food overpriced but good apart from my lamb shank that was stone cold inside. My Bloody Mary was almost undrinkable. Go somewhere else please. I don't recommend this place.

We booked a table for two ended up spending well over $200 for just two mains and a pricey bottle of wine. I had been told to go there for steak so I ordered a medium/well done sirloin. On arrival it was blood at first...More
