Very near our hotel , Rui Plaza, and in the midst of lots of restaurants. Traditional bar and eatery. Very nice food though. Well served and plentiful. Good value.

I was here for lunch on Fat Tuesday. It was a great place to be that day! Very festive! The restaurant is extremely reminiscent of New Orleans and my food was good- almost as good as food I've eaten in New Orleans. I highly recommend the Alligator in a Blanket as an appetizer. Delicious!

A friend and I went into NYC to meet up with 3 other small groups. We got a spot at the back bar when we arrived and by the time everyone showed up, we occupied a whole corner of the back bar area. The bartender (wish I could remember his name) took excellent care of us. We had only planned... More

We ate at Bourbon Street Bar and Grille last night (May 21) before we went to see The Book of Mormon on Broadway. The food was outstanding- my friends had the blackened Catfish and I had one of the Specials - twin Main ( that's how they had it spelled) Maine lobster tails with crawfish in a wonderful fish sauce.... The interior is very nice and this two storey establishment could become a great spot for a meal and a drink. It took a looong time to get the attention of a waiter, but the service was good once he got going. The meal was OK. Just a bit better service and a bit better food would have people queueing... Our party had different types of meals. The St. Louis style ribs were respectable and the portion was generous. Two of us had the jambalaya which poor. The chicken in the dish was bone dry and lacked flavor and the rice was a sticky heap. The shrimp creole looked nearly identical to the jambalaya. Dessert was good however. It was... More

We went here for happy hour. The drinks were decent. They have happy hour specials. The key lime pie was ok.

We spotted this place on our travels and, as it was located conveniently to our theatre, we visited for pre show drinks and dinner. NIce atmosphere and surroundings, helpful staff and very flavoursome food with generous portions. What's not to like.

Built in 2008 in the Honor and Tradition of Old New Orleans, "Bourbon Street Bar & Grille" is inspired by everything that makes the Crescent City and South Louisiana great. It is our hope that the unique culture of New Orleans is transplanted right here to our home on Restaurant Row in the middle of NYC. Friends and Family coming together in the midst of great drinks, great food, and great fun, is all we ever hoped for. Whether you would like to enjoy a delicious dinner before a Broadway Show, or if you want to Celebrate into the Morning, you may think you've actually landed in the middle of the French Quarters. We look forward to sharing our Southern Hospitality with you, and maybe even getting you to wear some beads too. So Come on down ya'll, and as always.......Let the Good Times Roll.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
