The place seemed alright, but there were very very few people there. The rooftop was cool but you couldn't look out from it since there were 10 foot tall fencing. Staff were all very friendly, however.

Been here a few times throughout the years. The layout and entrance to get into the establishment has changed. There was a rooftop prior to my last visit but it wasn't open. Bar prices are classic for NYC. Music was a good mix (Saturday). We weren't forced into buying a bottle in order to obtain a booth (group of 10).... More

We sat in their roof top. Drunks were expensive for a bar that had 5 other people there. It lacked personality.

We came here on a recommendation from a 'native' New Yorker. When we arrived, the place was virtually empty. We thought we'd give it a go and ordered a vodka soda...we received a plastic cup filled primarily with ice, a splash of vodka and soda. The price? $9. Other more 'exotic' drinks such as midori (what a joke) are $10+... More

Homeless people in the bathrooms doing drugs. Bad service and over priced watered down drinks. The owners are unhelpful rude and smells like a urinal outside the bathroom. If you want a drug den go here. Seedy people

Came here on a random Friday night with coed friends. Good: -There was an Asian DJ spinning that night, didn't catch his name but he did a great job (hip hop, reggae, pop, etc.) -Bartenders were attentive and served the drinks fast -Even with a college crowd, it was a good groove in there, no problems Bad: -It's not worth... Staying in Greenwich Village

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to get a feel for this diverse and energetic neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess. Stroll the streets to discover a mix of majestic town homes and hidden bars and restaurants that give this neighbourhood an old-school residential feel. When the sun goes down, check out one of the famous jazz or comedy clubs that still packs them in every night.
