The little individual pies, especially the mixed berry and strawberry rhubarb are super delicious. Nice gifts that fit an old homestead theme. Also a display of interesting old photos.

The staff are very friendly. Make sure you buy a fresh fruit pie, but you have to get there early in the day or you may miss out. The cinnamon scrolls are tasty as well.

This is located in the Fruita area of Capital Reef N.P and is surrounded by fruit orchards. The Giffords were the last residents of Fruita selling their property to the N.P.S. in 1969. I have been told no (except for the Apple pie) but there is cinnamon in every pie.. So the people working there do not even now what are... More

We stopped by the Gifford House to see what they offered around 1pm. By the time we were ready to get our treats around 3:30pm, most of the treats were gone. We were lucky enough to get one pie and cookies and they were amazing! Definitely worth it!

We stopped here to stretch our legs & were able to see some historic photos & furniture in the homestead and buy some homemade apple pie for a snack!

This is just a little historic country home that has been converted into a country store that is near the Capital Reef National Park Visitor's Center.
