My wife and I really enjoy the Saddlery Restaurant/Bar. Good food, great bands, and good service. Especially good service from Haley, she's our favorite waitress. Too bad they close for the winter. Dick & Lauralee Williams.
We stumbled upon The Saddlery while staying at the little motel next door - what a find. Out of a group of 7, all of us left very satisfied with our food and the service - Theresa was great - graciously handled all of our requests. Tyler was at the bar and his prickly pear margarita he made me (not... More
The test of true excellence is consistently performing above and beyond, time and time again. For the second time I visited The Saddlery Cowboy Bar and Steakhouse and was again, very impressed by the high caliber of the meal, the atmosphere and the service that was provided. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone who finds themselves in the area... More
Just enjoyed a good dinner. Haley took good care of us. Looks like a fun place with live music on Friday and Saturday nights. We plan on going back tomorrow night for dessert.

The problem seemed to be in the kitchen, as our orders took a long time to arrive, and then the food was... More
Huge portions and the food was excellent - bison meatloaf and chicken quesadillas. Good local beer and the desserts looked good but we were too full! Pleasant service - not ott. Live music which was OK. Only downside was the air conditioning which was far too cold me.
Excellent service, thanks Hayley you did a great job!!! The food was excellent as well; we had Prime Rib and melted in your mouth. Next time we are in town we will stop in again for dinner.
