Very good dinner. We had the steaks and seafood. They were all prepared to our specification and the accompaniments were very good. 3rd corner has a very good Wine selection for eonophilesand neophytes. I found the prices to be very reasonable. Definitely a return visit will be on our choices

When we visit San Diego we always pay a visit to the 3rd Corner. The restaurant is cozy and for those of you who enjoy wine they have a terrific selection. In fact there are stacks of boxes of wine throughout the restaurant which actually adds a very look to the place. Although we are not big wine drinkers we... More

We do not claim to be a French restaurant. We do have French items on our menu, as well as many other cuisines. Our food is created to pair well with the extensive selection of wine we carry in our wine shop. More

You can get some outstanding wines here (to take home or to drink with your food for only $5 corkage) and the food is wonderful. There are regular tables in addition to the bar area, and they also have a great lounge with big leather sofas. I have eaten here a zillion times and always enjoyed everything. They have a... More

Greeted and seated at once, always nice when a place is so busy. Such an interesting interior with shelves of excellent wine and tables interspersed. Our waitress was well informed, certainly knew her wines. Several items on the menu had truffle oil but they substituted other items for those who did not care for it. Local halibut was slightly dry... More

We were visiting San Diego and wanted to have a nice dining experience. The 3rd Corner restaurant was highly recommended by family members. So, we made reservations for eight, including a 5-year-old. We were promptly seated at a nice table. An early warning came when our waiter did his first disappearing act after giving us our menus. It was around... More

We were invited as guests to this great restaurant. The menu diverse, wine collection amazing and food and service excellent. You can buy a bottle of wine from their wine cellar and then pay $5 corkage. A great deal for good wine out!

Visiting from New Hampshire, we were looking for a restaurant that serves great wine and cooks all of their food fresh. We found all of that and more at The 3rd Corner. Talked into its own community, you feel like you're a guest in someones home when you're walking into the restaurant. Immediately noticed all the different wines displayed throughout... More

The service is outstanding and the ambiance relaxing. The 3rd Corner can be a little pricey but the late night menu and discounted prices are excellent. They offer a huge wine selection but I really like their Sangria.

Food here is always good and the selection of wines expansive. The staff are knowledgeable and you can describe what flavors you like your wine to feature and they are great at matching your request.
