Absolutely excellent experience. Food is tremendous, service is great, and it is a relaxed atmosphere, which one might not expect at a place like this. Did the 17 course tasting menu and everything about it was great. Must try.

Very good food but its the most expensive place in town (maybe tied with Menton). The food is beautifully prepared but it doesn't provide the value for the price.

Touted as one of Boston's finest restaurants. Unfortunately it does not live up to that recommendation. It was so dark people were using cell phones to read the menus which had a type font that was so tiny one needed a magnifying glass to read...More

Very friendly staff, just around the corner from South Station. I decided against taking their multicourse set menu, but to choose a la carte. Standout dishes include silken tofu tempura, cold soba with uni, and black trumpet mushroom nigiri, pork belly, egg omelette with truffles....More

Great night of food. I missed a couple favorites on the menu like ankimo and mirugai, but all in all a taste bud and texture sensory journey for your mouth. Good job to the staff for great service. The split charge for the seaweed salad...More
