We stopped here for dinner while visiting a student at BU, and it was much better than expected. The Flat Iron Steak was very good, and a relative bargain at $22. The Salmon, I was told, was very good as well. Enjoying our meal on...More

We stopped here our first night in Boston and really enjoyed our meal. Our server was extremely knowledgable about drinks and food, therefore he was very helpful with our order. Everything came out as expected or better. I highly recommend this spot for dinner

We stumbled upon Eastern Standard as Island Creek (their sister restaurant) was closed because of private event. Here is my quick review: Limited menu, overpriced, food is nowhere nearly as good as their sister restaurant, the service was subpar at best. I asked for prosecco,...More

The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but
loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this

victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical
Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located

I suggest you call the restaurant as soon as possible. It was pretty busy when we were there but we got in because we only needed a table for 3. Arranging big parties should always be done ahead of time. Have a good time!
