Traditional Irish fare and great live music at night. Friendly staff and a nice place to enjoy the active scene around the Faneuil Hall.

Our family dined at The Black Rose and found it to be quite good. We were in town for a few days of our vacation and read reviews on Trip Advisor that lead us to try this restaurant. There were four in our party and...More

Went here for dinner - great atmosphere and great food! We got the bangers and mash, and the shepherd's pie, along with the New England clam chowder. Would definitely recommend visiting and will most definitely go back when I return to Boston.

Picked this place because of trip advisor glad I did. Totally authentic Irish pub, great food and 30 Irish Whiskeys on hand..pretty much sums it up.

Not far from the Faneuil Hall you can find the Black Rose Pub...just steps from the market place, which means less crowds and less wait. We sat down quickly on a Saturday, a nearby restaurant in the marketplace was a 30 min wait. Great draft...More

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed our meals. The food and service were both good. It was reasonably priced as well. We decided to stop back in that evening for a couple of beers. Good atmosphere, good service again and good beers!

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have

I've give them a call. I think the entertainment schedule changes. We were there by 6 and a man was performing. Can't recall the day of the week, however.
