We ordered everything on the menu and 2 drinks and it was less than $20 bucks. All the food was good and my girlfriend said the pizza was the best she'd ever had. Definitely worth a quick side trip into North Boston.

North end location famous for its square pizza slices. Frequented mostly by locals or tour groups. Get there early around 11 am to beat the lunch crowds. They do not take credit cards. Cash only.

So if you are not a local and like meat on your pizza then this may not be the place for you. I had the calzone which had salami and ham - it was really good. My son had the cheese and tomato pizza and...More

I just happened to run into a group on a restaurant tour who were stopping at Galleria Umberto for lunch. Since I was looking for a place, it seemed like divine providence. We were there just before open time. I heard the guide say, "We...More

I read this location has some of the best pizza in Boston. They open and once they sell out they close. I've always wanted to try their pizza after reading reviews. I'm in the area everyday for work and they are normally open and not...More

The best Sicilian around I could eat 4 slices. Looks heavy but it's not sauce and burnt cheese are amazing. So cheap too less then 2 bucks a slice. Lines most of the time but worth it. Cheap wine too.

It is one of the highest rated pizza places in the little Italy. It is cash only, very short list of Italian foods in their menu. They skipped all none sense in their menu and kept all delicious food. I liked the pizza the most....More

I have to admit, I got lucky. I went on a pizza tour and they took us to Galleria Umberto at about 2:15 PM. This is after the lunch crowd has died down, and there was barely a line. This small, square, simple slice of...More

You can easily walk by this place. If you do, you are missing out on a great North End experience. Get on line; it's worth it. Get there early because they close up for the day when they run out. The pizza melts in your...More

Great cheap and quick eat in the North End. Go early as once they make their last pizza for the day - it's over! The rice balls are to die for. Great pizza. Best ever. Eat here and then head to Paul Revere's house nearby.

just good old hard CASH. Hard to deal with plastic as they are handing out thick slices of gooey, cheesy pizza. Take $10 and you should be fine.
