I was suggested to go here from a friend of mine and I must say the food and the prices are amazing. Unfortunately, I’ve been there 3 times and have been treated horribly. I got there around 8 o’clock each time and they close at...9. I’ve left by 8:40 each time. The same two men behind the counter have been there each time and are more than rude. They seemed annoyed at the fact that they had to help us. They were reluctantly making the food and slamming things around and were straight up rude. The first two times I went and they were rude, I just figured that they were having bad days but this last time was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I will never return again and I don’t suggest going unless you wanted to be treated poorly by the men preparing your food. It’s a huge shame because the food is absolutely amazing.More

Title states it all. Jim’s is hands down the best damn restaurant in Brighton. The selections on their menu is tremendous and the food is to die for. Huge portions, great taste. I having been visiting this place almost weekly when I’m oncall at the...hospital and even when I’m not because the food is so damn good. Always busy but worth the waitMore

The food here is delicious, best deli I’ve found in Boston, but that’s not why I love this place. Jim’s accomplishes something I have trouble finding these days. It feels like home. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is comfortable and pleasant....Even if they have a line out the door Jim will make sure he says hello and I swear every time I go in there he knows at least 30 people by name. The food is a little on the pricey side but I’m always happy to pay it for the high quality food and service that Jim’s Deli provides.More

I love Jim’s Deli for breakfast. Their French Toast is superb and the Eggs and Bacon and potatoes are outstanding. And Jim is the unofficial Mayor of Brighton!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and the place was packed, seemed to be locals. Very friendly staff, quick service and really big menu. I wanted a different kind of salad and found a gyro version that was huge and really tasty. My son had...a reuben that he said was delicious.More

Notice the long lines and empty tables. Jims is killing the walk in business by online ordering - they can't handle both.

I ate lunch here on Friday with my sister-in-law and nephew. Apparently, my nephew eats here on a fairly regular basis and has done so for 15+ years and loves it! We were looking for a great place for everyone to get whatever they were...in the mood for and be able to sit and talk and we were able to get both. You walk in grab your tray and silverware, determine what you want off of the vast menu and order from the nice men behind the counter. They make your food to order, grab your drinks, pay and then sit at one of the booths and eat. The food was so good! I got a ham and cheese omelet with a side salad and bottled water for $15.68. Recommend!More

Great little place in Brighton Center that has the best steak and eggs I have ever had. Grilled sirloin makes it amazing! Highly recommend!

The food is wonderful, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge! We could easily have shared one entree.
