Sorealla's has a huge menu with options ranging from huevos rancheros to pancakes. Good value. Our boys (12 years old) love going there. Friendly and fast service

A huge selection of breakfast items, its' hard to imagine they can maintain it at this small family owned restaurant. Lots of omelets, pancakes, bagel sandwich combinations you can't imagine. Cash only, go early to beat the line on weekends. A hearty, inexpensive meal with ample portions

I walked from my son's apartment to find breakfast. This old-fashioned diner is quirky. There are handwritten signs for various dishes tacked all over plus blackboards plus a menu. I'm sure I missed some of my choices. But I knew what I wanted: bacon, eggs over medium with some potatoes no toast. The decaf coffee was good (often a downfall... More

I had breakfast here with three friends early on a Sunday morning (8:30), before it got crowded. The range of omlete and breakfast options is amazing and we all enjoyed different choices. The large omletes were about $9-10.The coffee was unremarkable, the pre-buttered wheat toast a bit soggy, and the home fries (big chunks) were a tad under-done. The service... More

Bounteous menu. The only problem was how to decide. Ate here two days in a row. Ginger blueberry hazelnut pancakes were the best flavors I've had from a griddle. Day two oatmeal waffles were also superb. Egg dishes were generous and flavorful. Our waitress Lisa is a niece of the owner and great fun. All in all a homey atmosphere... More

We were visiting the Boston area and ventured to Sorella's for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The place was hopping, it's not a big spot, but it's a good spot. As soon as we sat down our drink order was taken, followed by our food order, that arrived in less than five minutes. The plate was filled, we both ordered... More

You've Got to Love a place, where the proprietors after years of service know their boundaries: cash only; will not seat until all of your party is present; no reservations; not for coffee n' hangout. They also know proper regard for food and their patrons: portions are large; egg are not served undercooked, overcooked, or broken; potatoes are hand-cut; vegetable... More

Inventive and extensive breakfast menu for both vegetarian and carnivore tastes. Quality was very good. Service was prompt and friendly. Can't go wrong here for breakfast in my opinion.

Staying in Jamaica Plain

Neighbourhood Profile
Jamaica Plain
This Boston neighborhood feels like a distinct community unique and separate from the bustle of other areas. Beautiful Victorian homes, restaurants with an emphasis on being eco-friendly and providing local and organic food, and a large Hispanic community. Visit Centre and South streets for restaurants, cafes, and little shops. The Arnold Arboretum is a beautiful, large green space well worth a visit if you venture to JP.
