We went there based on the reviews. They don't take reservations and we still waited for about 45 minutes. They pack you in pretty tight almost butting into other customers and waiters etc. I wouldn't call this authenticate italian food by any means. The wait...More

You will have to get in line around 4:30pm to this restaurant because they do not take reservations and you have to know that the restaurants are CASH ONLY. The food and the service here are excellent. We ordered the linguini with shrimps, salmon, scallops...More

The lemon pasta was homemade and had a very pronounced lemon flavor which was a perfect combination with the seafood and asparagus. The noodle was made with lemon peel which gave it a richness which complemented the other flavores. The sauce was light allowing all...More

After an efficient hour wait in line, we were seated in essentially the same restaurant we visited in 1991. Same excellent service, same menu, still tasty. The best in Boston? Probably not, but good, solid food. Cash only.

What can I say about this North End of Boston landmark that has not been said before. It was a beautiful summer evening and we joined the usual line of hungry patrons waiting for a chance to be seated. We only waited for 40 minutes...More
