My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday here and decided to do the 8 course pairing with wine. FYI: They pour an entire glass of wine! Carlos took care of us and explained each dish so beautifully and meticulously. Every dish was an adventure and...More

I still miss the old brownstone...but we always enjoy our dinner experience at L'Espalier. We dine here whenever we are in Boston- usually every one-two years. The food was superb. They pay close attention to details. My husband has a tree nut allergy- they specially...More

To get to the restaurant, one goes up the elevator to the second floor, and once there, are led to an open and sedate interior. We chose the smaller of the tasting menus, 5 course without wine pairings, but when we return, we will likely...More

Do the Chef's table. Get the wine pairings. Enjoy. And don't worry about all the money you will spend. It will be worth it. Be prepared for warm temps - you are in a kitchen, after all.

I booked an anniversary dinner for myself and my fiancée here at the Chef's table, with a full wine pairing. We totally went all out. The dinner took five hours as we got to taste everything that L'Espalier had to offer. The way the staff...More
