Stephanie's is a great place to visit while shopping on newbury street. They have great food and drinks. My past visit in feb was a bit disappointing however..It is very rude when a waitress approaches your table with a no emotion almost i don't care look on her face! Then doesn't bring you what you asked for. As for the... More

Went with our teenage daughters for dinner after a day of shopping on Newbury. We shared the huge onion rings which were excellent. Would also recommended the short ribs. The burger my daughter ordered was too big to finish, we packaged half of it to go. Comfortable, classy atmosphere as I would expect on Newbury Street. So thumbs up for... More

Open table showed no available reservations but a quick call to Stephanie's confirmed seating at 6 on a Sunday night. About a 7 minute walk from the Marriott was well worth it. Good soups and appetizers; the chef's uncared mozzarella feature was surprisingly good. Good tap beer selection and an extensive wine list.

I've heard about this place for years and we snagged a reservation on Open Table so we were in for brunch! Good thing we had reservations; a guy was told 50 minutes as we were checking in. The champagne cocktail was very tasty! We had the monkey bread to start and it was good but a little too crusty and... More

Went to Boston for a weekend getaway and my boyfriend booked this place because he heard they have awesome build your own Bloody Mary's. he was right! The Bloody Mary options were extensive and it was quite delicious but it was a little pricey.

Whenever we travel to Boston, we have to stop at Stephanie's for brunch. We sit at the bar, have a couple of bloody Mary's and enjoy the atmosphere. Food is yummy and atmosphere great! The bartenders are excellent! I highly recommend!

Had some very tasty blueberry pancakes, nothing out of the ordinary, but definitely well done. Service was a little hit and miss. Little bit pricey, but good location.

We visited on a Monday evening, the day after the Super Bowl win, place was busy, dim lights, nice music/vibe and good atmosphere. We did not book, there were 8 of us, and they were able to accommodate us. Decided to skip starters, and go straight for the mains, I chose the brick chicken with garlic mash and lemon jus.... More

We were in Boston for the weekend and happened to come upon this place for breakfast. And glad we did. Menu has some old favorites and interesting twists. Service was helpful and location was great too. Definitely one to keep in mind in the future.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
