On a nice summer night, sit at the front of the restaurant near the window. The restaurant may open the windows and you can hear the people on the street as well as enjoy the fresh air.

I never complain about wait staff, but I thought our waitress was very unfriendly. She made my husband and I feel un-welcomed. We could have had better Italian food by opening a jar of Ragu. Everything was very blah. We expected more for the price....More

An Italian restaurant that is not traditional in it's menu. My wife and I had dishes that aren't are usual fare and although prepared well and the younger crowd would love it It wasn't doing it for us. No veal parm. I'm sure it's great...More

Wow!! One of the best restaurants we visited on our trip. Great fresh preparation and nice wine selection. Bartender Mark was very attentive as we ate at the bar (small). Nice atmosphere. We will definitely return again next time in Beantown.

Came highly recommended, so expected a great evening, left disappointed particularly with the snooty almost rude service, never smiled once or even attempted to be friendly! The food was good and dependable, not a problem there, the room dark but cozy, the service really let...More

Had a fabulous meal here. We were lucky enough to be given a seat in the window. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. The scallop dish was one of the best we have had in Boston.

I'd been here twice before since moving to Boston over a decade ago. Third time's apparently the charm (past visits were quite a while ago before renovations, etc.) The gnocchi all'aragosta was delicious and made for a fantastic lunch the next day (excellent cold, too.)

Our first restaurant on our first visit to the United States and it's hard to believe we could have made a better choice. Set in the delightful Beacon Hill area of the city which we'd spent a hot morning wandering around, we stopped off for...More

It's too bad they are not a part of Open Table reservations. Call when you get into town. The North end is a close 15 minute walk from that area for more choices of Italian foods.
