I visit the Hub Pub about 5 times a year. I always go upstairs for a little bit of calmness (downstairs is always loud but filled with customers) Really a great place for a beer or two and a great meal.

Friendliest pub in the hub it said on the sign. What hub? Maybe the rude Irish girl that wouldn't even give us the time of day....not that we asked...but maybe she should read the sign. Customers wouldn't engage in convo about flat earth. Beer was...More

Just stopped in to get sandwiches but Dave the bouncer was very entertaining and we stayed. Sandwiches were great. And they have Paulaner on tap. Win-win.

A nice place to include on your tour of downtown Boston. Stopped in with a friend for a couple of beers and ended up spending two hours. Friendly staff and patrons, fun atmosphere, definitely plan to return.

We stumbled upon this great little pub on a rainy Saturday afternoon whilst on the freedom trail and what a find. We were delighted to find English football on the TV (my husband was in heaven). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even running...More

We happened upon this pub while totting around downtown. Our Bartender will live in infamy as Sir David. After the patriots game he was coaxed by a patron to sing the Canadian National Anthem, which he bellowed in perfect pitch. The only thing missing was...More

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
