I've lived nearby for years and Pauli's never disappoints. Not much seating so grab your food and head to the greenway or the harborwalk to enjoy it.

This tiny place was bangin'! We walked in to a packed house with delivery guys continually running in and out, customers waiting in a deep line, all seats filled... We almost turned away, but my gut told me this was the place. THIS IS THE...PLACE! The warm Lobster roll, with its HUGE chunks, was killer. But they also make so many very unique and, I'm sure, tasty sandwiches that I wished I could try LOL This is the first place I'm gonna stop at when I get back to BostonMore

I came here after Googling the best lobster rolls in Boston. The lobster roll was good, but way too small. $28 for a hot dog bun topped with lobster and a bag of chips. I get that lobster isn't cheap, but I could've used more...meat and a bigger roll for the price.More

Had the Italian aug. Very fresh ingredients. Great tasting role that is often hard to find. Off the beaten trail but worth it.

I ate at Pauli's on Salem twice. The lobster roll was delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. There are a few indoor stools but for now it appeared the restaurant was mainly take-away. I highly recommend.

In town to see the Laver Cup matches at TD Garden. Short walk to North End for real food vs stadium concessions. Wow what a gem to find Pauli’s! Choice between sub or wrap with a mind boggling array of fillings. Grilled? Yes! Fried? Yes!...Traditional fillings? Yes! Novel fillings? You betcha! We went twice for dinner. Enjoyed CA wrap, Greek med wrap and the Chowda! Excellent food and friendly staff.More

Me, the wife, and 3 kids ate like kings and queens. Italian cold cut sandwich for me and my oldest son, the meatball sandwich WITH MOZZERELLA STICKS IN IT for my younger two. All were amazing. After the four of us ordered, my petite wife...came to the counter. The big guy behind the counter said, "let me tell you what you are going to order . . . you are going to have the grilled chicken salad. It comes with . . . " Hysterical . . . he nailed my wife's order just by looking at her. She said it was one of the better salads she's had.More

FIrst off, know that this isn't a sit down. There is a small counter inside and 5 tables on the sidewalk. That's it. Now, with that in mind, the food is great. Stopped by on a rainy day. Huge menu, but went with the classics....Clam Chowder and the cold Lobster Roll. Both exceeded my expectations. Just great food. Enough saidMore

My daughter heard about Pauli’s, so we went to find out why everyone said this was so good. Located in the North End, Pauli’s is tiny inside with a few stools. There are some tables outside also. The person at the counter suggested the cold...lobster roll since it was hot out. We split one roll and it was three or four bites each…..but it was delicious! When our flight home got cancelled, we decided we had to go back to Pauli’s for another taste. This time, we got a cold roll and a hot one and had half each. We thought the cold one was fantastic, but the hot one - over the top deliciousness!! The lobster is plentiful and dipped in butter and then put in a split top roll. We didn’t want to finish it was so good. It was $50 for the two rolls and two bags of chips, but so worth it.More

We were going to a concert at the Garden so we compromised by parking at 75 State (very good security and reasonable rates). An easy stroll to Pauli’s, then to the Garden, and back to the garage. It’s an easy out to 93... More
