Great people providing great food. The breakfast place we had planned to eat at wasn't serving breakfast so we did a quick online review and found this place. We have walked by it 100's of times and never stopped. The food was cooked perfectly, reasonably priced and really good. So good we came back for lunch the next day. Awesome... More

It is my first lobster roll in Boston and I am spoilt by the amount of lobster meat in the super soft hotdog bun. I had the cold lobster roll and the meat was juicy and succulent. Yum. I will be back for another one after I finish the marathon!

Intended to go to the seafood restaurant two doors down for some oysters but the wait for lunch there was 2 hours. We did not have 2 hours to wait so we ate at Pauli's. What a nice place and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my gluten allergy with such kindness. The food was delicious! I... More

What a delicious roast-beef wrap. Every ingredient was at its just-right point, including the roast beef itself and the avocado. If you're in Boston's North End, this restaurant is worth a walk.

I go to this restaurant every time I’m in town. Their lobster roll on a warm buttered roll is the best there is. Service is quick and friendly. I love this place.

Small North End place off the main tourist circuit. Large menu of salads, sandwiches (hot or cold), wings, dinner and breakfast. Limited seating but many people are grabbing to go. Take your time to look over the options then step up to the counter or into line to place your order and pay. Look at your receipt for your number... More

The lobster roll here is excellent and less expensive that other places. Perfect spot to eat quickly while touring the Freedom Trail.

A quaint authentic spot in the north end serving fantastic local chow. We wanted a lobster roll for lunch and were excited to find this spot on Yelp so we made the short walk from the tourist trap of Faneuil Hall over to this tiny spot in the North End. Unlike the tourist focused spots with their homogenized fare, Paulis... More

My husband and I walked the Freedom Trail today and happened upon Pauli's when searching for a good lunch stop. We read good reviews on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. The service was good, atmosphere great and the sandwiches were to die for. Hubby had a Bada Bing, I hade the Vito sub - both were epic. Big portions... More

Description
Fast-casual modern Italian diner + (Signature sandwiches/wraps, salads, pasta, hot entrées, appetizers, burgers, lobster rolls, breakfast all day)"I started working in the North End in my family’s food businesses when I was just eight years old. Back then, the North End was a neighborhood where everybody actually knew your name, and “freshness, quality and value” weren’t just trendy catch phrases—they were simply expected.Today, Pauli’s is based on that same philosophy. We believe you deserve food that’s always served wicked fresh, that always tastes crazy good and that doesn’t cost a lot of money.

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
