Met friends for lunch and Q is typically top of the choices. Good selection, good food, attentive servers.

HOTPOT!!! If you never tried it you need to. Looks like a local hang out. Younger crowd hang out. Bar seating area and the drinks are on of the best. Make sure you ask the server to explain everything. We went with a spice and a vegetation broth. Order more veg's and noddles. Beef was excellent. We didn't feel rushed.... More

I really love this place! You can try Chinese, Japanese or my favourite, the Mongolian hot pot. Prices are not bad and food quality is very good, the staff is helpful. Will be better if you can book a table in advance so you don't have to wait on line, sometimes is very busy during the weekends. Great place!

This is a lot of fun for either a business dinner or with a group of friends. We had 7 people and ordered 4 different broths. There was not enough food and we tried to order more sides of veggies and meat, service wasn't great and it was difficult to get more (even though we were on business with unlimted... More

We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and attentive (no overly which was perfect for us). We each ordered a Lychee martini.... made perfectly. Having a limited amount of time, we ordered an appetizer and noodle dish. Both were amazing. Didn't know it but appetizers were 1/2 off because there is a happy hour here. Bonus! Food... More

Take this review with a grain of salt. We did NOT have the hotpot, which is what this place is known for. We had the sushi. The sushi was basically like the Denny's of sushi. Nothing wrong with it, but also nothing amazing about it. Wouldn't go back.

Deciding we wanted something different we read the reviews and decided to try here. At 6.30 pm we had a 40 minute wait , go later and the queues had died down. Friendly staff who explained everything , we decided on a split Mongolian broth between mala spicy and the veggie broth. You then add what you want to put... More

Skeptical about finding good Asian and especially sushi / Sashimi here is Boston; the Q delivered with a "house special" roll (delicious) and an elegant, spicy seafood salad. The noodle dishes tend to be a little heavy, but tasty. Expect a crowd and a wait even with a reservation.

We had dinner here on a Sunday night - there was about a 30 min wait for a table as the place was packed. (so we took the time to go to very good large supermarket nearby, Roche Bros, to get chocolate for our desert) I wanted my hubby to try Mongolian hot pot - it was his first time.... More

Delicious food. Really cheap. Excellent service. Must try. Easy location in downtown area. Specialises in hot pot, but has a very extensive menu.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
A small area rich in Chinese cultural influences, visit Boston’s Chinatown for some great Asian cuisine and small, authentic bakeries. Enter through the iconic Chinatown gate and stroll down Beach, Tyler, and Kneeland streets to explore the compact area. Rest your feet from walking and grab a bite at one of the many restaurants around Chinatown. From traditional Chinese to Vietnamese to Malaysian, there is a wide range of Asian food available, within easy access of South Station. At night, Chinatown becomes a late night food destination after the bars close.
