Went to lunch here yesterday. The service was extraordinarily slow. Waiter had no idea what the specials were. Food was mediocre at best.

Good brunch menu and large portions. The food was fantastic and loved the build your own Bloody Mary! Service was ok but it was a busy time on a Saturday. I would definitely return on my next trip to Boston.

Some of my family was in town and they took us to this great restaurant. From the outside, it may not look like much, but what delicious food! All three of our appetizers were fantastic (quite honestly, the nachos were the best nachos I've ever had in my life). It set a wonderful tone for the rest of the meal.... More

After reading the reviews my family decided to try this place for Sunday Brunch. The Build your own Bloody Mary's were exceptional. Only comment was the bacon was cold. Should be heated up prior to serving. We ordered the House Cured smoked Salmon flatbread. This was very good and we loved the size of it. We ordered the eggs Benedict... More

Had brunch here with a friend recently. Great menu choice, and the food was fantastic. Very accommodating with dietary requirements, which was very much appreciated. Service was also very well timed on a busy weekend brunch sitting. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in or visiting Boston.

Our party of 3 all had great food with a great ambiance at a reasonable price. Can't ask for much more while visiting Boston! Would come back without hesitation. Love the interesting décor.

Food and service were excellent. We went there with a group and were seated in a separat room with huge windows overlooking Dartmouth Street. We had a preset menue with 2-3 different items per course. All options were very tasty including the desserts.

Recently had dinner here with my daughter and some of her friends. Walking in from a cold night the restaurant was warm and cozy! The waitstaff was very attentive and my daughter is Celiac so she needed GF options and there were a bunch marked on the menu plus they made her dinner (salmon) GF as well. My chicken brick... More

We had a nice dinner here on a Thursday night. We were seated right away at a nice table in the window overlooking Newbury Street. I had the French Dip sandwich that was on the specials menu and it was delicious. My wife had the rice bowl with chicken which was also good. She really liked her Manhattan as well.... More

Walking down Newbury we stopped for lunch at MET and sat at the bar as the wait for an outside table was 45 minutes. It was an unusually warm day in Boston so the place was packed. Enjoyed a draft beer and shared the green guru salad topped with salmon. They split the salad and portion was very generous. Included... More

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
