Great concept but I'm sure I just had some not so done chicken. Praying not to get a tummy ache. Left 2/3 of the $7 sandwich uneaten. I feel so ripped off! Maybe this is what makes it healthy - so yuck you can't eat...More

I was hunting for a place to eat before performances at the Boston Opera House. How fortunate to find a fast food restaurant with low-calorie fresh nutritious food across the street! I ate the chicken entree for both dinner visits. The first time I had...More
We tried this place as an alternative to the expensive hotel breakfast that we were being offered. The breakfast menu was not too large but the options were good and at a very reasonable price. I got the egg white flatbread with chicken bacon which...More

They also have free wifi, clean bathrooms, air conditioning, and plenty of seating. Staff is efficient and personable....More
I attended a conference at a nearby hotel and we were on our own for lunch. UFood Grill provided just what I was looking for - something quick, light, and healthy. A great alternative to heavy, fat-laden fast food.

The food tastes like it was just pulled from a microwave. I will not be back to this place again. Do yourself a favor and keep walking by to the next place you seem, it cannot be worse.
This is a Panera Bread-style deli but without the jazz music. You get to listen to top-40 hits on PA system while you watch a flat screen in regular definition. I think the idea there is so you don't look at the floor. It hasn't...More
Don't come here for the ambiance. However, if you are looking for real food (vegetables, brown rice, etc.) cooked with your health in mind, eat in or take out.
