Located right by the Children's Museum, we thought we were settling on this option because it was raining. How wrong we were. The sandwiches made fresh to order we all fantastic. The dessert options were even better. My 9 year old would have traded his...More

Ok, not all reviews you see are accurate, but trust this. Any one of the Flour bakery and cafes are worth the visit. The breakfast sandwich is a signature and not to be missed- freshly baked roll with egg soufflé, arugula, bacon or ham, dijonaisse,...More

I'm definitely a foodie (I plan all of my vacations around food!) and this was on my short list. I tried their chicken sandwich and it was very good. I was not a fan of the lemon/strawberry cupcake (too dry, the flavor was off), but...More

Flour has excellent pastries. Really good, fresh croissants, sweet rich sticky rolls, a variety of cookies as good as home made, and all sorts of other goodies. Because they are made fresh, they are not completely consistent from day to day, and any particular pastry...More

It is a very popular restaurant, but the line moves quickly. After ordering you kind of mill around waiting for it to show up. We ordered our food to go as it is GREAT picnic food to take out to one of the many tables...More

Famous for a reason, the baked goodies are amazing here. So are soups and salads and everything they serve. Watch out for the crowds during weekday lunch and weekend brunch. A wait but worth it.

I'm not 100% sure. However, I would go onto their website. Their menu is listed and GF options should be there.
